A "busy state" is a status that shows a user is not available to talk right now.
On the "Hallway" screen, you will see a red phone icon next to a user's name if they are busy. This usually means that person is already in another call.
You cannot call a user who is in a busy state. You can call them when the red phone icon turns green.
